Marketing Manager for Fawdel Business


About The Role


As  Marketing Manager for Fawdel for Business, you will envision and execute on a go-to-market, demand generation and growth strategy for Fawdel in the B2B space. You will drive high-impact programs to generate demand and improve lead conversion. You will craft effective launch plans including messaging and pitch. You will drive customer insights and market validation.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead our product marketing, growth marketing, creative and marketing analytics teams

  • Work closely with our marketing team  to set strategy for their regions and cities, support their marketing efforts with tools and infrastructure, and take learnings from local team

  • Drive smart ROI driven marketing strategy and manage growth at scale. This means taking an analytical approach to problem solving and scaling growth through a customer-centric lens

  • Work among high-performance engineers, designers and product managers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology/operations environment


What You’ll Need

  • At least 7 years experience delivering highly successful b2b go-to-market, demand generation and growth strategies with your fingerprints all over them - you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business or related field

  • A lead generation expert: You can devise highly effective programs to generate qualified leads. You're extremely creative and can rapidly execute on your ideas

  • Excellent email skills: You possess an uncanny ability to run and iterate on highly effective automated email marketing campaigns

  • Comfort with data: You go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can turn it into an insightful story. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth

  • Skilled at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a meaningful messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan. You can also play copywriter.
